A new family arrival is always a great opportunity to update your family portraits.

I would recommend not leaving it to long after the birth to have the pictures taken as it shows more the scale of the new born baby.

I have done several lovely family portrait updates recently and i really would encourage others to do the same.

A very proud big brother helped with this one.

Personally I prefer monochrome portraits for there timeless quality but clients obvious have a large choice of variations depending on the use of these images for family gifts or a large framed print for your own wall.
